-
Eat
a protein rich breakfast within 1 hour of rising.
-
Exercise 30 minutes a day. Yoga is the stellar choice if you are
fatigued, as it has a calming effect as well as invigorating. If
your energy level is at least a 5, then some weight training or
cardio are good choices. Moderation, balance, and intensity are key.
Listen to your body and it will tell you what it needs.
-
Get
7-8 hours of consistent sleep a night.
-
Cut
down on caffeine intake to 1 cup of coffee in the morning only. This
false energy will only rob you later on your reserves and result in
adrenal burnout.
-
Incorporate morning meditation into your life. Start with 10 minutes
and notice how much calmer and centered you will feel and
stress-less your day will be.
-
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of pure water a day. Sodas and energy
drinks do not count and will actually dehydrate you further,
resulting in fatigue.
-
Have regular sex. 3 times a week are ideal. Orgasms facilitate the
secretion of powerful “feel good” hormones in your body that will
result in a state of well-being, relaxation and translate into
better sleep and repair at night.
-
Create your support tribe of like minded positive people.
Communicate with them for encouragement, inspiration and synergy.
-
Add
1 salad, 2 fruits and 2 veggies into your diet per day. Try and opt
for S.O.U.L. food, seasonal, organic, unprocessed and locally grown.
-
Laugh. That’s right. Laughter works the abs, the face and lifts the
spirit. It teaches you not to take yourself so seriously. Watch how
your energy increases as a result and life gets better.
