It’s Spring time and a powerful motivator to get into bikini shape for Summer. These are a few of my favorite smoothie and juice combos that are easy, healthy and delicious.

  1. Peter Rabbit – Carrot, celery, Beet, spinach- Veggie cleanser
  2. Gingerly- Apple, orange, celery, Ginger- Digestion aid and alkalinizing  tonic
  3. Caribbean Queen Smoothie- coconut milk, mangoes, pineapple, dates, and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder.
  4. Tri-berry Delight- Rice milk, frozen blueberries, raspberries, and boysenberries, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, 1 teas. Flaxseed ,meal.
  5. Coco-Banana split smoothie- Coconut milk, banana, 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder, 2 Tbls. Almond butter, 1 teas. Flaxseed meal.
  6. Southern comfort smoothie- Almond milk, peaches, fresh grated Ginger, cinnamon and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder.
