Consultation & Services:

Consultation $75

Customized Nutritional Plus $150
1 1/2 hr. consultation, 3 client intake forms, diet analysis and take away personal menu and recipes, complete with shopping list and guide.

Lifestyle Deluxe $ 250
Includes the above plan with 2 additional 1 hour sessions of training and/or consultation. Yoga, Pilates, Weight training, nutritional diet design , food shopping or cupboard cleanout.

Monthy Coaching $100
4 weekly 20-30 min. sessions to update and assess your progress.

Individual Sessions $75
1 hour session. Personal training or nutritional counseling.
